Shade India Society also has a rich experience of supplying Supplementary Nutrition to Anaganwadi beneficiaries. Currently we have been implementing SNP in Chandigarh and serving 8000 Anganwadi beneficiaries including children in the age group of 0 to 6 years, pregnant and lactating women and adolescent girls.
Society has also supplied SNP in Saharanpur district in 3410 anganwadis with 1,20,000 beneficiaries and 940 Anganwadis in Shamli with 35,000 beneficiaries in the past. Sh. Chob Singh Verma, the District Magistrate inaugurated the programme by distributing supplementary nutrition (Hot cooked food) at Stud farm Anganwadi Center in Saharanpur city.
The organisation catered the entire districts of Saharanpur & Shamli from 6 Centralised Kitchens established at different locations. All the kitchens were semi-automatic. The organization has also provided Hot Cooked Meal in districts of Bijnor, Moradabad, Muzaffarnagar, Kaushambi, Baghpat, Gonda, Agra and Kushinagar.
